The Sipping Tequila Standard
Siete Leguas Anejo Tequila is añejo tequila from Siete Leguas, aged in oak for at least a year and bottled at 40% ABV.
Barrel age turns the agave rich, rounded, and slow. It rewards slow sipping and still shows up strong in a Paloma.
Tasting Notes
Dark honey, cinnamon, and seasoned oak
Deep agave sweetness layered with butterscotch and oak
Rich, rounded, and slow to leave
Serving Suggestion
Pour an añejo Old Fashioned — agave nectar, mole bitters, orange peel.
