What makes gin different from vodka?

Botanicals. Gin is essentially a neutral spirit redistilled with juniper and other botanicals - and juniper must lead, by law.

What is London Dry gin?

A production standard, not a place: all flavor must come from distillation with natural botanicals, with nothing sweetened after. It is the classic, juniper-forward style.
